Currently, ProspHER is web-based. You access it through your browser. My biggest wish? I hope ProspHER launches on Google Play and the Apple App Store soon. A native mobile app would make this women growth platform far more accessible — especially for Filipinas who rely on smartphones.

This made me respect the platform more. It is not just about profit. There is genuine social impact behind the business model.

For Filipinas: This is where the UK-centrism hits hardest. These events are in the UK. If you are in Manila, you are not flying to Norfolk for a retreat. I hope they eventually do virtual events or regional gatherings that Southeast Asian women can join.

Dashboard & Interface: User-Friendly or Not?

When you log into ProspHER, the dashboard greets you by name. Mine says:

From a Filipina entrepreneur perspective, the design feels modern and intuitive. I have tried local platforms that feel clunky and outdated. ProspHER feels polished. It made me think: sana may ganito din sa Pilipinas.

My Path: Structured Growth for Women

My Path is the heart of ProspHER. This is your personalized growth journey.

You choose your focus area and stage. Mine showed “Growing & Scaling” for Advocacy for PCOS. The platform breaks big goals into small, concrete steps.

Progress tracking includes:

AI Coach Review: Does It Actually Help?

The AI Coach is where I spent the most time. I tested it with real challenges — not hypothetical scenarios.

I asked the AI career coach to guide me through:

• Drafting investor outreach emails
• Connecting with advocacy groups

Every time, the AI followed a 5-step framework:

Does it work? Yes — but with limits. The advice is Western-framed. When I asked about investor outreach, it gave me a cold email template. In the Philippines, investor relationships rely on personal trust and warm introductions, not cold emails. I had to adapt the advice to fit Filipino business culture.

Content Hub & Masterclasses

The Content section houses expert-curated video masterclasses. The tagline: “Learn from the best.”

Titles I saw:

The gap: I want more content about Southeast Asian realities. Topics like navigating family expectations while building a business, or advocating for reproductive health in conservative communities. Those are the realities of millions of Filipina women.

Community Hub: Real Support or Just Hype?

The Community Hub is labeled “Support & be supported.” And unlike ghost-town forums, this one has real activity.

You see women at your stage — from AI and Finance to Entrepreneurship. Filter requests by:

• Funding
• Service
• Connection

There is a leaderboard, badges (Engaging, Cheerleader, Focused, Support), and real help requests.

The real value: Members post actual needs. Not just introductions. Real asks for funding, intros, advice, and collaboration.

• Pricing in pesos, not pounds
• Content about Filipino realities — BPO side hustles, family expectations, reproductive health stigma
• A mobile app on Google Play and Apple App Store — because Filipinas live on their phones
