PCOS Philippines is more than just a health topic, it is a growing movement for awareness, support, and education for Filipina women navigating hormonal imbalance, mental health challenges, fertility struggles, and life with PCOS.

Hi, I’m Reese — Your PCOS Tita & Advocate
PCOS Warrior Since the 2000s • Mental Health Advocate • Furmom • Your Hormone-Honest Tita
Welcome to PCOS Millennials — a Filipina-led PCOS awareness and wellness platform in the Philippines created to support women navigating the realities of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, fertility struggles, and mental health challenges.
This isn’t just another health blog filled with generic advice and unrealistic wellness trends. PCOS Millennials was built from lived experience, real struggles, and the desire to create a safe and relatable space for women who often feel unheard and alone in their PCOS journey.
Because the truth is — living with PCOS can affect every part of a woman’s life.
My Credentials
Background in Psychology and Counseling
Over 15 years of personal PCOS experience
Mental health advocate and women’s wellness supporter
Proud furmom to Molly and Maxx
More than credentials, I bring lived experience, honesty, and compassion into this space.
I’m not here pretending to have a perfect success story.
I’m here to remind women that healing is not linear — and that no one should have to navigate PCOS alone.
My PCOS Journey
At 23 years old, I heard the words: “You have PCOS.” But after the diagnosis came confusion, frustration, and unanswered questions. Like many Filipina women living with PCOS, I struggled with unexplained weight gain, irregular periods and hormone imbalance, acne, bloating, and fatigue, anxiety and emotional burnout, fertility fears and body image struggles, medical gaslighting and outdated advice, expensive PCOS supplements that promised miracles but failed
Despite my background in Psychology and Counseling, nothing truly prepared me for the emotional and physical reality of managing PCOS every single day.
That experience inspired me to create PCOS Millennials.

Why PCOS Millennials Exists
PCOS Millennials was created to become a judgment-free online community for Filipina millennials and Gen Z women living with PCOS or PMOS. Many women silently search online for answers like:
“Why am I gaining weight even when I eat healthy?”
“Can PCOS affect mental health?”
“Why am I always exhausted?”
“Will I ever get pregnant?”
“Why do I feel so alone in this journey?”
This platform exists to provide support, education, awareness, and relatable conversations about:

No toxic positivity. No fake perfection. No unrealistic “quick fix” promises.
Just honest conversations, evidence-based awareness, and support from someone who genuinely understands the journey.
PCOS Awareness in the Philippines
PCOS/PMOS affects millions of women worldwide, including many undiagnosed Filipinas experiencing symptoms like irregular periods, hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, infertility concerns, acne, weight gain, and emotional distress.
Despite how common PCOS is, awareness and education about women’s hormonal health in the Philippines still remain limited.PCOS Millennials aims to help change that by creating accessible, relatable, and easy-to-understand content focused on women’s health, wellness, and PCOS awareness in the Philippines.
As conversations around PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) continue to grow globally, this platform also aims to help women better understand how PCOS affects the entire body — not just the ovaries.

At PCOS Millennials, you’ll find:
- PCOS education and awareness content
- Mental health conversations for women with PCOS
