1. Where My Journey Started

PCOS awareness in the Philippines became part of my life in a way I didn’t expect.

It wasn’t something I openly talked about before, but over time, I realized how much it was affecting not just my health, but also my confidence, my emotions, and my daily routine. As a Filipina dealing with PCOS, I found myself searching for answers—trying to understand hormonal imbalance, reading about women’s health in the Philippines, and asking questions during my check-ups just to make sense of everything I was experiencing.

What started as a personal struggle slowly became a reason for me to create something meaningful.

I didn’t begin with a clear plan or a business mindset. I simply needed a space where I could express what I was going through in a way that felt real.

That’s how PCOS Millennials started—not as a perfect platform, but as an honest one.

As I continued sharing, I noticed that I wasn’t alone.

There were other women experiencing the same confusion, the same symptoms, and the same silence. That’s when I understood how important PCOS awareness in the Philippines really is.

It’s not just about information it’s about connection.

Everything I shared came from a place of learning. I read, I researched, and I listened—to both doctors and other women. I never positioned myself as an expert, but I made sure that what I shared was grounded in real experience and responsible understanding.

Over time, PCOS Millennials became a space that reflected not just my journey, but the experiences of many Filipinas navigating PCOS.

2. My Career Journey Since 2019 and Personal Growth

At the same time, I’ve been part of Talent World Group since 2019.

My experience there helped me grow not just professionally, but personally as well. I started by focusing on my responsibilities, learning everything I could, and slowly building my confidence. I joined different projects and even participated in company contests where I was able to win.

Those experiences helped me see that I was capable of more than I thought.

Learning Through Delays and Missed Opportunities

There were also moments when things didn’t go as planned.

I applied for some roles that I didn’t get, and there were times I questioned if I was moving in the right direction. But instead of stopping, I continued. I stayed hopeful that there was something else ahead for me.

Looking back now, I realize that those moments gave me space to focus on something that would eventually become more meaningful my advocacy.

3. Building a Self-Supporting PCOS Philippines Advocacy

PCOS awareness in the Philippines became a big part of my life, and building PCOS Millennials was never easy.

Everything started as self-supported. There was no big team, no funding, just my own effort and commitment. My work allowed me to sustain everything—from maintaining my website to continuing my content.

There were times I felt unsure, especially when growth felt slow, but I kept going because I knew why I started.

From Blog to Recognized Platform

Over time, people started noticing my work.

Not instantly, but gradually. Some individuals and companies began to see the value of raising PCOS awareness in the Philippines in a more relatable way.

I also registered PCOS Millennials under DTI to give it structure and prepare for future opportunities. I’ve created eBooks, shared knowledge, and even became a guest speaker in different spaces.

Everything I’ve built came from experience and continuous learning.

4. When Support Came at the Right Time

There was a time when I reached out for support for PCOS Millennials, hoping to grow it further.

It didn’t happen at that moment, and I accepted it quietly. I didn’t force anything I simply continued building on my own. Then eventually, something changed.

The same company I’ve been part of since the beginning, Talent World Group chose to support my advocacy.

And that is overwhelming.

Leadership That Makes a Difference

What made this even more meaningful to me was the kind of leadership behind that support.

I had the opportunity to directly connect with Andrew Harmati, and what stood out the most was how genuine and approachable he was. There was no unnecessary bureaucracy, no complicated process, just a straightforward conversation and a willingness to help.

That kind of support is rare, and it showed me how much they truly value their people.

It wasn’t just about funding or resources. It was about trust. It was about believing in what I’m building and supporting it without hesitation.

That moment made me realize that timing plays a big role in everything.

Sometimes, support doesn’t come immediately because there’s still something being built. PCOS Millennials wasn’t just an idea anymore, it had grown into something real.

And when that happened, the support followed naturally.

5. Continuing PCOS Awareness in the Philippines with Purpose

PCOS Millennials continues to grow, and I don’t see it as something that needs to be perfect.

What matters is that it remains honest, grounded, and helpful for others who are going through the same journey. I’m still learning, still researching, and still sharing.

And I think that’s what keeps everything real.

A Journey Built on Courage and Support

When I look at everything now, I don’t see it as something I built alone.

This journey is shaped by experience, by the people who supported me, and by those who continue to believe in the purpose behind it. I’m grateful – for the struggles, for the growth, and for the support that came at the right time.

PCOS in the Philippines is more than just a topic for me.

It’s a lived experience that turned into a purpose. What started as something personal has now become something that connects, supports, and grows with others.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned through all of this, it’s that courage, patience, and timing can take you further than you expect.
