Hindi Lang Ako, Marami Kami: A Heartfelt Reminder for Every Woman Struggling with PCOS and Fertility

There’s something painfully invisible about living with PCOS and infertility.

You wake up, go through your day, smile at people, laugh at memes, and reply with emojis in the group chat. But deep inside, you’re holding something no one sees—a pain you don’t always know how to explain. A prayer you’re scared to speak out loud.

It’s in those quiet moments—when the world is asleep and your thoughts are louder than ever—that you wonder:

“Am I the only one?”

But today, let me say this clearly and with love:
You are not alone.

I’ve been where you are. And I know, it’s not just me. It’s all of us, for healing.

We create space for sisterhood.

Our Silent Sisterhood

You know what amazes me?

Every time I share something raw on TikTok or post a blog on Facebook, I get flooded with messages. And most of them begin the same way:

Ang PCOSMillennials.com ay hindi lang basta blog. Hindi lang ito journal ko sa sakit at pagsubok. This is a movement. A safe space. A community for women like us.

Whether may PCOS ka, endometriosis, PMDD, or kung ikaw ay isa sa mga “trying to conceive” warriors—you are welcome here.

We share stories because stories heal.
We share facts because knowledge is power.
We share hope because hope saves.

They don’t always comment publicly. Some of them are what I call “silent readers.” But their words carry the same weight:

And this is why I created PCOSMillennials.com.

Not just to share my story, but to create a safe place for our story.

This Blog Is Not Just About Me—It’s About Us

This advocacy is not about becoming famous.
This blog is not just a personal outlet.
This space exists because we need it.

For the woman who just got diagnosed and doesn’t know what to do next.

For the couple who’ve been trying to conceive for years and feel like giving up.

For the wife who is scared her husband will stop waiting.

For the girl who thinks she’s “too young” to have hormone problems.

For the tita who has never spoken about her childlessness and carries the ache alone.

This is for you. This is for us.

We share medical resources, yes. We talk about symptoms, diets, seed cycling, and hormonal treatments. But we also share something more powerful:

Hope.

You Don’t Have to Pretend Anymore

In Filipino culture, we’re often told to be strong and stay quiet.
To keep things to ourselves.
To avoid shame.
To keep smiling no matter what.

But here in this space, you don’t have to do that anymore.

You are allowed to be real.
To say “I’m hurting.”
To admit “I’m tired.”
To cry without explanation.
To be human.

You deserve support, not silence.
You deserve answers, not judgment.
You deserve healing, even if it’s slow.

And most importantly, you deserve to be seen and loved for who you are.

One Final Word

To every woman reading this—whether you’re in your 20s or 40s, newly married or long-time trying, recently diagnosed or already exhausted—this blog is your hug.

You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.
You are not hopeless.

This community exists for you.

Let’s keep going. Let’s keep hoping. Let’s keep holding on—together.

Love,
Reese ❤
